Dear Valued customers,

The Ministry of Communications and Information technology has issued an order to all courier companies in Saudi Arabia to inform consignees that all shipments for ecommerce orders placed after 13 May 2020, 20 of Ramadan will be delivered after the Eid holidays. The same requirements are imposed on e-retailers to provide the same information during the order placement process, check out and all subsequent communications with buyers.
This measure is taking due to the increased number of shipments and to reduce number of complaints about delays in delivery.

Important notice about products delivery status during the 24 hours curfew.

COVID-19 has changed and disrupted the world overnight, and in line with the recent updates of the 24 hours curfew in several cities around the kingdom, please note the following:

  • We are still accepting and delivering orders through our own delivery fleet and also through our courier partner NAQEL.
  • We are working hard to make sure that our delivery timelines are maintained inside the main cities (Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah).
  • If you encountered any delays in delivery, refund or order cancelation status, please do email us at orders@adawliah.com.

The government of Saudi Arabia is reviewing the number of private sector employees authorized to travel in vital sectors during the 24-hour curfew.

Naqel is continuously working with the government to obtain new permits however the process is still ongoing and not all employees has been granted the new required permit. Therefore, please be advised that this could have an impact on service levels in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and Medina.

We believe the permissions to commute in these cities will be resolved within the next week.  The requirement could extend to other cities. However, at this stage there is no indication of such a move.

Again, we would like to assure you that we are taking all the necessary measures to support our customers and to eliminate the impact resulting from all the new regulations related to the safety measure taking to control the spread of COVID-19 virus.

Information about our Delivery Service.

Thank you for shopping at  our store. We know you are super excited to receive your shipment and we are also keen on delivering it to you as fast as we can.

Please note that due to Covid-19 situation, we are anticipating some delays in shipments for selected cities outside the main regions. We are working hard to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered as fast as possible and we have assigned an additional team of drivers in order to accommodate for this situation.

We are also working with Naqel on some deliveries and we will notify you with your order tracking number once issued.

FOR PRODUCTS RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Return by Shipment:

  • You can return your purchased product through our courier, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. To return your product by shipment, please contact us at orders@adawliah.com

Return Policy:

  • You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (digital invoice)

Exchange Policy:

  • All exchange requests need to be initiated by email.
  • Please make sure to share your exchange request via email to orders@adawliah.com.
  • You have 10 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Exchange through Shipment:

  • To exchange your purchased item through shipping, you can return your purchased item through our courier by sending us an email to orders@adawliah.com requesting the item exchange and specifying the new required product that you want to exchange.
  • Our customer service agent will prepare the product exchange if available and will arrange the shipment for you once the first purchased item is received and examined.
  • Return and Exchange through shipment can take from 10 to 14 working days from the date of receiving the exchange request. 

 

FOR ORDERS REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Credit Card Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
  • You will receive the credit within 10 to 14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Bank Transfer:

The customer needs to share his bank account details on the following email: orders@adawliah.com, and the approved refund process will take place within a period of 48 to 72 hours.

Payment by Bank Cheque

We can also refund our customers through cheque payments and dispatch the cheque to the customer address via our courier service. Cheque payment processing and delivery can take up to 14 working days from the day of the refund request approval after receiving the purchased product.
