Cash on Delivery Requests
The owner of the request (the consumer) is contacted in order to confirm the shipment of the product, and the store has the right to cancel the request in the event of no response and confirmation of the request by the consumer.
Priority in approving orders in the online store is for prepaid requests for the same product, and the store has the right to cancel the payment request upon receipt and prefer the paid order, if one product is available in stock.
Some products cannot be delivered due to their large size without the customer confirming the order by paying part of the value of the product due to the high shipping fees, and the store has the right to cancel any order that the customer refuses to pay part of the value of the product before shipment.
Regarding the return of the amounts of requests for payment upon receipt, it is done by bank transfer to the beneficiary within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of receiving the product and the customer’s data.
If you want to return the product or exchange
To return the shipment:
You may return the product to the courier, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. And to return the product by sending it, we hope to contact us via e-mail
Subject to the provisions of Article (13) of the E-Commerce Law and Articles (7-11) of the Executive Regulations of the Law, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product in accordance with the following conditions
1- Return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product
2- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
3- The product must be in its original packaging
4- Receipt of the product or proof of purchase (digital invoice) is required.
5- In the event that the return is based on the consumer’s desire and unilateral will without any defects in the product, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs from the store to the consumer and the costs of reshipping the product to the store after the return, and the amount is deducted from the total value of the order even in cases of free shipping, without any objection from the consumer
Subject to the provisions of Article (13) of the E-Commerce Law and Articles (7-11) of the Executive Regulations of the Law, the consumer has the right to replace the product in accordance with the following conditions
1- All replacement requests are made through e-mail.
2- We hope to make sure to send your request for replacement to the e-mail [email protected].
3- The permissible period for exchange is within 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
4- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
5- The product must be in its original packaging.
6- The receipt of the product or proof of purchase is required.
7- In the event that the replacement is based on the consumer’s desire and his unilateral will without any defects in the product, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs from the store to the consumer and the costs of reshipping the product to the store after the return, and the amount shall be deducted from the total value of the order even in cases of free shipping, without any objection from the consumer.
For returns and exchange by shipping:
1- To replace the product that you have purchased, by returning the product to the delivery representative, and sending us an e-mail at [email protected] to request the replacement with an explanation of the new required product.
2- Our customer service representative will prepare the replacement for the product if available, and will arrange shipment for you once the purchased product is received and inspected.
3- Return and exchange through shipping can take 10 to 14 business days from the date the exchange request was received.
To cancel and refund the purchase amount:
Once we receive the product you have purchased, the product will be inspected, and we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
To redeem the purchase amount for credit cards:
1- If the return process is satisfied, we will immediately return the amount to the credit card account
2- The amount will be received within 10 to 14 working days and according to the policies of your credit card issuer
For refunds by bank transfer:
The customer will have to provide us with his bank account details through the email [email protected], and the approved refund process will take place within 48 to 72 hours
Redemption by Bank check:
Refunds can also be made to our valued customers by bank check and the check sent to the customer's address via our courier service. Check payment can take up to 14 business days to be processed and delivered from the day the refund request is approved after the purchased product is received.
